One of my all time favorite shows is Sex and the City. Carrie, the main character, is a writer who engages in dates, hangs with friends, and explores NYC. Growing up, I wanted to be just like her. I guess you can tell, as you’re reading this blog.
After college, I moved to the city and started blogging. I even bought a necklace with my name on it. I say all that to say this, I was recently invited to model a Carnival costume at a showcase the other day. I was thrilled to help my sis out. Plus, I am absolutely enamored by Carnival. So, as I was driving to the showcase, a flash of the show popped in my mind. I felt like Carrie on the episode where she was being a “real” person in a fashion show with real models. I began praying that I didn’t trip and fall. I’m super clumsy.
